http://www.templatesbox.com/ - really good site for free/premium templates.

They've got Flash, Flash enabled, html and CSS templates. I could have forgotten some. Unfornately, the flash templates are premium so you need to register to download them.

IMO it's best site for templates, the flash ones are damn good.
